My work sits at the meeting point of spirituality and activism. I believe our personal and collective stories shape the worlds we build - and that when we learn to tell these stories with curiosity and compassion, new paths can emerge, opening the way for personal and collective flourishing.

Before devoting myself to coaching and retreat work, I served for many years as an Anglican priest; a role that deepened my commitment to justice, inclusion, and community activism. I was part of the movement to see women as priests in the Church of England and have long been an advocate for women’s voices in sacred and public spaces.

My current practice is grounded in the conviction that spirituality and activism are two expressions of the same impulse - to love the world into wholeness.

My own spirituality is nourished by interfaith dialogue, contemporary mysticism, and eco-spirituality; each reminding me that everything is connected and transformation begins within.  I am a member of the Rivendell Contemplative Community, based on Bowen Island off Vancouver and try to live out the community’s explicit values of simplicity, prayer, silence, social justice and hospitality.
